Field Tested Equipment Provides
Trouble-Free Operation

All of the equipment used in the design of our systems has been field-proven to provide maximum efficiency and years of trouble-free operation. All equipment vendors are chosen on the following criterion: they manufacture a high quality product, they meet delivery deadlines and their equipment is competitively priced and an excellent value. The equipment specified and/or used in the design of our systems include, but is not limited to:

  • Inline Cutters require low maintenance and are engineered to assure fast, clog-free handling of continuous trim/waste. Ideal for materials conveyed in ducts up to five inches in diameter, our inline cutters cut 0.5 mil film and score 0.25 mil with a precision cutting clearance.
  • Material Handling Fans are specifically designed for maximum performance while running at low horsepower to provide maximum energy-efficiency. They deliver the proper air velocity needed to assure optimum trim/waste conveyance without clogging.
  • Chopper Fans are designed with sharp blades mounted directly to the fan impellers. Primarily used in the paper industry, these self-contained chopper fans cut or tear the material as it is drawn through the fan.
  • Slant Screen Separators are designed to direct the conveying air towards the screen at the proper angle to eliminate air pressure and prevent the waste material from contacting the screen. Screen clogging and maintenance are significantly reduced, and the conveyed materials gently drop into a baler, box, compactor or other waste container.
  • Nonstick Coatings and Oil Mist Systems for easy conveyance of pressure sensitive material.
  • Self-cleaning Pulse Jet Dust Collectors are engineered to maximize performance in pneumatic trim/waste removal systems. TWM dust collectors consistently remove the smallest particles of dust and our pulse jets reduce build up, which increases filter life.
  • Integrated Control Panels are custom designed to assure that the specific system, for which the controller was designed, will provide maximum performance for the minimum power usage.
  • Inline Silencers are strategically located to minimize the noise generated by the cutters, fans and material being conveyed through the ducting.
  • Balers and Compactors to reduce refuse costs.
  • Sound Enclosures surround the fans and/or cutters to significantly reduce the overall noise levels. Individual panels on the fan enclosure are easily removed for access.
  • Static Elimination Equipment for high static applications.
  • Venturi Systems.
